Refund and Return Policy

You can ‘Return’ a product purchased online from us and request a ‘Replacement’ or ‘Refund’ of the payment.

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Items Shipped Within 24 Hours Of Order Except Weekends.
  2. Products once purchased online, can not be ‘Returned’ unless it is received in damaged condition. Request for ‘Return & Replacement’ or ‘Refund’ of the payment should be convayed to us with in 24 hours with clear picture & video of the product parcel received in damaged condition. We shall communicate about address for ‘Return’ of the damaged product & on reciept of the returned product at our end, we shall arrange ‘Replacement’ of the same with in 7 working days from our end.
  3. The customer must inform the company by email within 2 days of receipt of the parcel, providing the ‘Order Number’ and ‘Authentic Reasons’ with ‘Pictures’ validating the request for return.
  4. The customer must clearly mention ‘Return & Refund’ or ‘Return & Replacement’ in the above email.
  5. The product must be in ‘unused condition’, clearly visible in the pictures.
  6. The customer must clearly mention ‘Contact Details’ in the email.
  7. If the product package is received in a damaged or leaked condition, it must be validated through pictures.
  8. ‘Wrong Product Ordered’ is an invalid reason. ‘Wrong Product Delivered’ is a valid reason.
  9. ‘Return & Refund’ or ‘Return & Replacement’ must be clearly mentioned in the email; a hard copy of the email message and the invoice must be enclosed in the ‘Return Parcel’.
  10. The customer must provide details of the ‘payment channel’ for the ‘Refund’.
  11. The company can arrange the ‘Pick-up’ of the return parcel (charges applicable) on request from the customer, or the customer can send the parcel back to the company address, which will be communicated in the email reply.
  12. The return process must be initiated from the customer’s end within 7 days from the date of the email reply from the company.
  13. Non-tangible products and services are non-refundable; therefore, no claims for refund or replacement will be accepted or entertained.
  14. Request for ‘Refund of payment’ will be effected with in 7 workind days after receiving ‘return of damaged product’ at our end.
